What constitutes an Emergency? 

If while we are away you find yourself in need of an emergency repair, refer to the below information to ensure it is dealt with accordingly. The law classifies emergency (urgent) repairs as the following: A burst water service or a serious water service leak A blocked or broken toilet A serious roof leak A gas leak A dangerous electrical fault Flooding or serious flood damage A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity, or water supply to the premises A failure or breakdown of the hot water service A failure or breakdown of the stove or oven A failure or breakdown of a heater or air-conditioner A fault or damage which makes the premises unsafe or insecure If any one of the above urgent repairs arises during the holiday period you should notify your landlord or agent (us) right away. If you cannot get through to us after making a sufficient attempt to contact us then the below tradesmen have agreed to be contacted by you to carry out the emergency repair.
